Luxury Picnic Social - minimum 2 - maximum 10
The Luxury Picnic Social
for up to Ten is a chic and sophisticated mixer of sheer elegance, comfort, and delight. This mini-gathering is perfect for an indoor or outdoor setting.

NOTE: All state parks require a permit and are the customer’s responsibility to obtain before your scheduled picnic or event.

Please note when traveling over 25 miles from zip code 21234 a service fee of $35 will be assessed and to each additional 25 miles . The total amount for travel service fee will be added to the total cost of the package.

Let's chat
Generally, weekends and holidays book very quickly. Don’t delay secure your date as soon as possible to allow for the requested picnic date.
To book an ultimate luxury picnic experience select an appointment at least 15 days before your desired date, select your desired location, add your information, select your desired picnic package, select party size, review your request, finalize submission, and receive your confirmation.
Note: clients are responsible for obtaining a park permit for all picnics and events in the state parks.
Food is not included with luxury picnic services or events. Please ask about our preferred local vendors .
READY - Let’s start the booking process – we make it easy for you.
- Complete the online Booking form
- Choose the number of guests, location, date, time, picnic package, and Add-ons.
- Upon booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation along b with a calendar invite.
- 24-48 hours after booking, we will send a confirmation email with details.
- After confirming, we will send a final invoice to secure your picnic booking.
NOTE: All credit card or debit cards transactions are subject to a fee of 1% and are added to the client’s final invoice.
- Day-Of: we will have the picnic-ready at your reservation time (Please no early or late arrivals - we may only offer a 15-minute grace period, depending on the subsequent tscheduled events,)
- Day-Of: 15 minutes before your picnic starts a text will be sent to notify you of the confirmed location.
- Once the client arrives at the designated TEAM members will leave during your picnic and return at the end of the reservation to cleanup.

We do have some hidden gems and suggested locations. If you have anything particular, we are always open to new ideas! Also, in-home or hotel options are available.
***For Locations outside of 21234, there is a surcharge of $45 for the travel fee will be assessed for each additional 25 miles. The total amount for the travel service fee will be added to the total cost of the package.
