How do I request services or plan an order?
- Party services require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to ensure timely delivery of ordered supplies and party essentials.
- Please fill out and return the Event/Party and Service form to Ro Creations, LLC for a quote and to request the desired event date.
- Once you have completed the Event/Party Service form please allow 24 to 48 hours for quotes to be returned back to you.
- Please note all balloon/party services are different depending on colors, type, style, length, and complexity.
How do I request a quote for balloon installation or balloon pick up?
- Please completely fill out and return the Event/Party and Service form to Ro Creations, for a quote of balloon install.
- Once you have completed the Event/Party and Service form please allow 24 to 48 hours for a return response of the requested service.
How far in advance should I book my event, balloon install or party decor?
- As soon as possible in order to avoid the disappointment of not having your event date or items available.
- We also suggest that you contact us once you have secured your venue or at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.
How do I pay for my event service, balloon installation or party decor?
- Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid securely online using one of the easy payment methods.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date and supplies. The balance is due and Payable one week prior to your event.
- For non-profits, schools, churches, and corporations, a signed contract and company check is required.
Does the price include the removal or balloon installation or party decor?
- No, if balloon installation or party décor does not require the use of
Ro Creations, LLC company equipment, then a balloon installation or party décor removal fee will not be applied.
- Please indicate during initial booking and pre-planning stages if balloon removal is required for your event. Since most balloon installations are unique to each event this will ensure an accurate quote.
Is a deposit required?
- Yes, at the time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date and service.
- The remaining balance is due a week prior to your event date.
- Expedited last-minute bookings for Party services made within 7 days of an event require full payment in addition to a $75 rush fee.
- Cash APP, All major credit, and debit cards are accepted.
What is your cancelation policy?
- Party services, décor, and supplies are unique to each event. Once your date is approved and secured all party essentials will be ordered upon signed agreement accordingly.
- If a cancellation is made in less than 30 days of your event, your deposit is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Cancellations given more than 30 days in advance will be given credit equal to the amount paid for a future event/party service.
- PLEASE note party services are “Non-Refundable” and “ Non- Returnable” if the client decides to cancel.

- Ro Creations is a full design and style firm serving the Maryland, DC, and surrounding areas.
- Please contact us to confirm if we provide service to a specific location.
- Note a minimum fee may be required for locations not zoned in normal service areas.
Is There a Fee for Delivery or Installation?
- Yes, delivery and install set up fees are required.
- Delivery charges for service locations beyond a 25-mile radius will be quoted and applied to service agreement when you book your event with us.
